Exchange Policy

If the selected size is not suitable, we are happy to offer an exchange, while the to stock is available.

Please note that items can only be exchanged if they are:

- unworn and unwashed

- in their original condition

- returned with their original labells, tags and packaging

- clean and free from stains, marks, or damage, particulary make-up stains

- free from any absorbed odours, including food, perfume, smoke, or other strong smells

- we can only accept exchanges for uniform items that were purchased for the current academic year

Please take care when trying on items, as we are unable to accept products that show signs of wear or use including make-up stains.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept items for exchange if any of these conditions are not met.

We are unable to exchange or take back uniform items left over from previous academic years, regardless of their condition. This applies even if the items are unworn, unwashed, unused, still in their original packaging, or no longer fit. All items will be check before an exchange is approved.
